Javier Sánchez

Javier Sánchez has solid expertise in Labor Law. He has actively represented several domestic and foreign companies in labor issues throughout Mexico, including general advice on social security matters. Javier represents companies in proceedings arising from wrongful termination, claims of benefits and terminations, as well as the preparation and processing of direct and indirect appeals arising from labor disputes.
